Incanto del Lago Country House was born from a childhood dream, rooted in the most authentic memories. The owner spent his summers in Molina, his mother’s hometown, and from this house he would go to collect milk from the farmers. That short walk was a ritual: the freshly cut grass, the birdsong and, above all, the appearance of the lake, capable of enchanting the gaze of a curious child.

During the renovation, we chose to preserve the original soul of the house, enhancing it with colors and materials in harmony with the surrounding nature. The residence, built in the early twentieth century, is a typical country house overlooking the heights of Lake Como, at 500 meters altitude, surrounded by greenery and with a breathtaking view of the lake.
