Our Story

Incanto del Lago was born from a childhood dream, rooted in the most authentic memories. The owner spent his summers in Molina, his mother’s birthplace, and would set out from this very house to collect milk from the local farmers. That short journey was a ritual: the scent of freshly cut grass, the singing of birds, and, above all, the sight of the lake, which never failed to enchant the eyes of a curious child.

That simple and precious memory became an emotional legacy—a profound bond with a place that embodies a sense of belonging and timeless beauty. When the house was put up for sale, seizing the opportunity felt natural: it was time to turn that dream into reality and share its wonder.

The renovation was guided by respect for the memory and the authentic soul of the residence. Every choice, from materials to colors, was designed to preserve the original character of the house, breathing life back into a place that safeguards stories and traditions.

Today, Incanto del Lago is much more than a holiday home: it is an invitation to slow down, listen to nature, and enjoy an authentic experience. Here, every guest can rediscover the same sense of wonder and serenity that a child felt before that enchanted lake.

During the renovation, we chose to respect the original soul of the house, enhancing it without distortion, using colors and materials in harmony with the surrounding natural environment. The residence, built in the early twentieth century, is a typical country house located on the hills of Lake Como at an altitude of approximately 500 meters, immersed in greenery and offering breathtaking views of the lake.
For this reason, every choice was guided by traditional standards: the furniture comes from antique markets and consists of unique pieces that dialogue with the atmosphere of the location. Wood and natural tones represent the common threads throughout all the apartments. In the main house, we maintained the wooden floors and cement tiles, while in the rustic building, we opted for stone-effect porcelain stoneware, which provides a more contemporary and industrial touch. Ultimately, in every apartment, the absolute protagonist remains the lake view, making every space special and authentic.
